PPC Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Location: Mostly Remote (1–2 days in office when major projects land)

With ambitious growth plans and a pipeline of exciting campaigns, we’re looking for a PPC Manager who can bring something different to the table — someone who knows how to make campaigns pop.
The Role
As PPC Manager, you will take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll have the freedom to test, innovate and push boundaries while maintaining a laser focus on performance and ROI.
This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional (1–2 days) office attendance required when large projects or campaign launches require collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Build, test and optimise high-performing campaigns across search, display, retargeting and paid social
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting
- Produce clear performance reports and actionable insights for clients
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop scroll-stopping ads
- Identify growth opportunities across accounts and proactively suggest improvements
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Strong track record of delivering measurable ROI
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok desirable)
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Commercially aware and performance-driven
- Someone creative who can bring fresh ideas and innovative testing strategies
- Confident communicator who can present insights to clients
